Hannah and Laura take a trip down memory lane and discuss mix CD's, pre-ordering books, high school dress up days, and the age of flip phones. Ahhh memories. Laura thinks Iron Man 3 was the best of the Iron Man movies and has serious issues with Rotten Tomatoes reviewers and the fact that Nick Fury was not present, her most important factor. Hannah feels a little pressured and anxious whilst reading The Return of the King, but is still moving toward Mordor.
We learn that Laura is a night owl and Hannah is a midday macaw (this is a horrible bird reference but work with me, people). While discussing the women in A Crown of Swords, we realize that the women characters are more problematic than we previously thought. Reminder for Laura's mom: do not listen to next week's episode.
