Nostalgia is a funny thing. Six friends discussing it is even funnier.

Join us as we reflect on some of the best and worst movies from last century and rewatch them On Second Watch. Did they get better with age? Worse? Only one way to find out...

Join Tim, Chris, Dana, Kari, Nikki, and Dan as we plunge head first into the movies we grew up on and discuss our nostalgia for them. Then, we'll watch the movie together, jump back on the mics, and record our observations. We'll provide both our Nostalgia Score and Rewatch Score to see if the movie aged well, or if it should stay in last century.

We have fun with our show by playing a game of Plot Summary Mad Libs, where we take the plot of the movie make it awkward and mostly dirty with new nouns, adjectives, and verbs. We also have many bonus episodes, such as special interviews with those in the entertainment industry, and our popular "How Would Sean Bean Have Died?" where we cast and kill our favorite Yorkshireman in the movies he was not cast.

We were all afraid that our nostalgia for 1987's American comic science fiction film, Batteries Not Included, would be destroyed when rewatching it. Regardless of what happened, our Plot Summary MadLibs had some of us laughing so hard we were crying.

This 2 hour long commercial has more one-liners and puns than we could even count. We knew what we were getting ourselves into with 1997's American superhero film, "Batman and Robin". We joked about this film since before we started our podcast and finally take the polar plunge into the icy water. Oh god, I'm doing it now.

When we talk about nostalgia, there is almost no better representation than 1998's American romantic comedy film, The Wedding Singer. It's a 90s movie set in the 80s, full of over-the-top costumes, incredible music, with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore at their best. You chose the category, we choose our picks, and fate decides our nostalgia review. Allow us to introduce to you our "Spin The Wheel" event. Long ago, our listeners and friends voted on which category they wanted us to do next, and the winning category was "80s films starring robots".
We each thought long and hard about our pick that fit that category and shared why we made our pick. Then, we let fate take over as they were all randomly added to our randomizer app, Kari chanted "Spin The Wheel", and our fate was sealed. Which movie's did we pick and which one are we reviewing next? Listen and find out...
