Hey guys! Today we thought we would give a little bit more info about us (Sam and Trey) and some of the crap we have been dealing with for a couple of weeks (no big deal, just a pain) AND THEN we tell you about something that happened in our up-close-and-personal vicinity and Trey has an update on that. It's been a helluva week for sure.

This is an infamous case among the staunch true crime crowd, and it is one of Sam's favorite WTF stories. Today we are tackling the mysterious disappearance of David Glenn Lewis, a regular father, husband and Texas attorney who suddenly vanished into thin air on Superbowl Sunday in 1993. The case went cold for over a decade, with new developments happening in 2004. Still, while we have some answers, other questions remain and still more questions are born. Let's dive straight in to this rabbit hole together!

TW: today's episode includes mentions of sexual assault, sexual assault of minors and religious trauma. Listener discretion is advised.
Shandle Marie Riley came to national attention when she sued Hamilton County Sheriff Department and Deputy Daniel Wilkey. Recently, her name splashed across newspapers again regarding her untimely death. Today we dive into the events that brought about her lawsuit, and then we take a harder look at some of the happenings of Wilkey and other deputies in Hamilton County, Tennessee.

There are some cases that are synonymous with True Crime Podcasts, and this is one of them. Graduation is supposed to be a last hurrah before heading off to college and/or joining the grownup world. But for Stacy McCall, Suzanne Streeter, and Suzanne's mom, Sherrill Levitt, the night of graduation was the last night anyone saw or heard from them. This is far from a DEEP dive, but a quick coverage of the story. I highly recommend listening to the podcast The Springfield Three: A Small Town Disappearance for a deeper look into this 30 year unsolved mystery.

Hannah* was raised in a very strict household. When she became an adult, she spread her wings and started living her own life. A few years later, she was faced with an all too familiar face at her place of work, and the fallout affected everyone in her family.

Candy Montgomery was a typical suburban supermom. Married with two kids, active in her church, and a pillar in her community. But she was disillusioned with suburban life. She was bored, and looking for action. What better way than to lure her friend's husband into a torrid affair. Eventually, the affair ended, and shortly after that, in an act of unthinkable violence, two children were left without a mom. And Candy got away with murder.
