Amy is an inspirational, fluid artist creating visual meditations and spiritual connections. Amy started using art to deal with the anxiety and stress of 2020 lockdowns. It was a way to escape by pouring out all of the day’s emotions on a canvas, to bring forth clarity and spiritual healing.
Amy spent the better of 40 years not accepting herself and makes it a point to encourage and support others, so they believe in themselves. Her passion is creating and helping others feel seen, heard, and loved.
