After 18 years in the Architecture and design space, a Masters Degree and an Executive MBA, Najee celebrates over 16 years with Rotana Hotels, where he is currently heading a team of architects, interior designers and engineers responsible for monitoring the aggressive expansion plans of the company within the coming years.

Najee is also the co-founder of WitWork, a platform providing digital nomads, freelancers and entrepreneurs a multitude of workspaces outside the box of a standard office.
