Nikola Jokic was the best player on the floor tonight for the 3rd straight game. Jokic had 40 points, 13 assists, and 7 rebounds to go along with 0 turnovers. He becomes the second player in NBA history to record 40 points and 10 plus assists to go along with 0 turnovers. Nikola continues to set records in the NBA on the night he was given his 3rd MVP trophy from NBA Commissioner Adam Silver. When Jamal Murray did not have his shot going early in the game Jokic led the way. When Aaron Gordon got in foul trouble early in the 1st quarter it did not matter because Nikola Jokic led the way. That was the common theme tonight when the Nuggets needed anything Nikola Jokic was there as the calming factor. The Nuggets won tonight with their defense as well.
