Aaron Gordon was near perfect from the field tonight, starting the game 11-11 and missing his last shot of the game, which was a really tough shot over Rudy Gobert. Nikola Jokic was there all night for the Denver Nuggets. He did get in foul trouble mid-way through the 3rd quarter. However, Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon stepped up tremendously in those six minutes to help cushion the Nugget's lead and not lose it. The Nuggets entered the 4th quarter up 11 points and Nikola Jokic got Denver off to a great start in the 4th. The bench unit for the Nuggets tonight was awesome. Justin Holiday, Christian Braun, and Reggie Jackson all contributed in a positive manner offensively tonight. The Nuggets were about perfect tonight beyond their defense on Anthony Edwards. Edwards has reminded Ethan of Devin Booker and Kevin Durant's performances against the Nuggets in the playoffs last year, where whatever you show him defensively, he scores. The Nuggets defensive adjustments have led to their success in the past two games.
