Erin Herle is an American born, Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt under Rubens Charles (Cobrinha) having also worked extensively with other legendary instructors such as Rômulo Barral and Marcelo Garcia. Herle conquered many important titles in this sport/martial art’s competitive circuit including at the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) World No-Gi, European Open and South American Championship. Erin has also been revered for her work promoting the #SubmitTheStigma campaign, a non-profit endeavor founded by Herle designated towards the grappling community and designed to raise awareness to mental illness and suicide. She is currently working towards her Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States. Her goal is to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant for the combat sports community.

Dr. Jen was born and raised in Oswego County, NY and graduated from Pulaski Academy and Central Schools in 2009. She later received a Bachelors of Science in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University in 2013 and a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2017. Recently, she has completed her Doctorate in Acupuncture from The Won Institute of Graduate Studies in 2022. Jennifer is a NCCAOM Board Certified, Licensed Acupuncturist in NY.

Dr. Jen is committed to providing individualized and quality holistic medicine based on ancient traditions and modern science, to all members of the community. By treating the mind and body she works with her patients to reach the highest level of health and wellness possible. She is the owner and acupuncturist of Eclipse Acupuncture in Pulaski NY. When she isn’t busy at work, you can find her spending time with her husband and kiddos.
