Today's guest, Sherry Edwards, who is a performance nutrition coach, mother of two, and fitness enthusiast. I have been passionate about fitness and health all my life. I've been a yoga teacher for 19 years and have previously worked in various industries back home in Thailand including the TV and film industry, to fashion retail. I guess you could say I finally found my calling by helping fitness enthusiasts perform better and recover faster. My biggest passion is helping masters athletes reach their true potential through nutrition science and behaviour coaching.
