Got to sit down dance teacher extraordinarie Holly Duder-Joy
Having started her creative journey in dance at a young again UK, she talks about staring off in the discipline of Tap and then diversifying into other styles of dance. Holly relocated over to NZ in 2006 after meeting her Kiwi hubby. She began teaching dance right here in Whangarei and is now the director of WADPA-Whangarei Academy of Dance & Performing Arts, one of Northland's most established dance studios with over 40 years experience!
Discussing her time as a teacher an the joy it brings her and how she views all of her students as her "extended family". Holly talks with such joy and passion for what she does and loves seeing her students grow as people. A really lovely and honest conversation with someone who gives so much to what she does.
