Breath is your erotic pump, it is a powerful tool to support you in feeling more pleasure, regulating arousal, and being connected to your body or others. However, many people notice they hold their breath - or don’t breathe at all during sex. This guided meditation will take you through three simple breath practices to be integrated into your every day, as well as before, during, or after sex.
We know how important it is to practice mindfulness regularly, it can also support you in feeling more present during sex - and for those who are struggling to feel connected, aware or mindful during sex, I always recommended starting a daily meditation or stress management practice outside of a sexual context, as a way to practice these skills so you can integrate them more easily into sex with yourself or others.
