This meditation is a guided sensual self-touch practice for those who want to learn how to build arousal, practice sexual mindfulness, feel more connected to their body, and experience more pleasure. Self-pleasure is a powerful tool for learning about your body, relieving stress, feeling more connected, experiencing more pleasure, and learning how to regulate arousal - there are so many benefits to this very normal, healthy, and human experience, but sometimes you may not know where to start! Here you will be guided through a touch-based practice to build arousal and heighten your experience of pleasure.
NORMAL sessions is a series to support you in feeling more present during sex. We know how important it is to practice mindfulness regularly, it can also support you in feeling more present during sex. For those who are struggling to feel connected, aware or mindful during sex, I always recommended starting a daily meditation or stress management practice outside of a sexual context, as a way to practice these skills so you can integrate them more easily into sex with yourself or others. Before we get started with the meditation, take a few moments to set up your space, so you can feel as comfortable, safe, and present as possible.
