Body mapping is a tool to support you in learning about your body, feeling more pleasure, awakening sensations, and connecting with parts that you may neglect. Here you will be guided through a touch-based practice for awakening sensation in a part of your body. This meditation is ideal for those who want to feel more connected to their body.
NORMAL sessions is a series to support you in feeling more present during sex. We know how important it is to practice mindfulness regularly, it can also support you in feeling more present during sex. For those who are struggling to feel connected, aware or mindful during sex, I always recommended starting a daily meditation or stress managements practice outside of a sexual context, as a way to practice these skills so you can integrate them more easily into sex with yourself or others. Before we get started with the meditation, take a few moments to set up your space, so you can feel as comfortable, safe and present as possible.
