Episode 9: World Share Creators, Joe and Tara, Take Us On A Trip Through Their Life Journey.
NomadPreneur Podcast
11/02/24 • 37 min
If you are a parent, you need to hear this episode.
Joe and Tara Meyers, along with their 2 boys took a 7 week trip that turned into 3 and half years and still going. While they do have their home base in Minnesota, their heart is always on the road.
We met Joe and Tara through mutual friends TrynSomething New and from the first day we met, they felt like family.
While at the NASCAR Roval 400 event, Joe and Tara set up several tables at our campsite and pulled out several boxes full of coloring books, bubbles, crayons, stickers and candy that we then put into the bags like an assembly line with several other families. The kits go to children that are experiencing hardships in their life and what's great is the Meyers young boys get involved too. They enjoy this activity so much they are constantly asking their parents when they can do it again.
The organization I'm talking about is called World Share and you can find it by going to https://world-share.org/
Joe and Tara need all the help they can get through product and monetary donations as well as your volunteer time.
Reach out to Joe and Tara to see how you can get involved.
