In the US, many citizens fail to realize the kind of danger these immigrants are in when they’re supposed to be safe. Nobody deserves to be sexually assaulted. Ever. Their stories matter and deserve to be heard.

One day, her brothers decided to walk home from school so Debbie rode the bus alone and was never seen alive again. Key details in the case are perplexing but there’s still hope that this case might be solved and give her family the closure they need and deserve.
