Thoughts are definitely things. They impact what we see in an experience. They impact how we respond. They impact how we choose to act. They impact how we move forward. Be very aware of what you are thinking in a situation. Are you drudging up past history that is clouding your clarity in the current situation? Are you projecting what may happen in the future on what is actually only occurring right now? Your thoughts are powerful and your current experience of your life, your reality, is created by these thoughts. Listen in to consciously choose to control your thoughts and create the life experience that you desire most.
