Ukrainian journalists say retreating Russian soldiers appear to have killed at least twenty civilians, with their bodies found at the side of the road. At least one of the victims had their hands tied. Russian soldiers 'withdrawing from northern Ukraine'

As the Red Cross makes another attempt to enter the besieged city of Mariupol in the south, there are reports from northern Ukraine that Russian soldiers are withdrawing.
