I can't believe I am releasing Episode 15 right now. 15! Embarking on this journey of creating a naked bodcast has been a roller coaster of emotions. The administrative side of it all is completely outside my wheelhouse & weighs heavily on me at times. But I experience So Much Positive feedback & So Many Positive reactions to what Naked & Serious stands for, that it Majorly helps to keep me going. Also, meeting all the wonderful Souls that have been my guest, including this weeks lovely lady, Cailyn McIntire, is a Huge Plus! What I really LOVE about this episode is the Energetic transition Cailyn makes from when we start recording to the end. I'd say Cailyn felt the most "nervous" out of all my guests when we first started to shoot. At one point I didn't exactly know how to process the body language I was seeing & feeling while we were chatting. There were obvious signs of her nerves, that might have even read as discomfort. But what came to me when I thought about it was, "Just let it be & be there for her. Everything Is Great!". So I didn't address the energy while it was happening, I just let the conversation continue to roll on. Of course, by the end of our time together, Cailyn had shifted 180°! Cailyn's energy was so much more relaxed & grounded, I had almost forgotten how nervous she had been. I truly believe that so many people have been Given this core belief that nudity is wrong if it's not behind closed doors. That being Proud, Accepting & Aware of who you are, in TOTALITY (Mind, Body & Soul. Physically, Mentally & Emotionally), is looked down upon from others that aren't there yet. & that many people are shamed to go against "the norm". SCREW THAT! We are Energetic Beings, encompassing a physical body & I know I am going to do All I Can to enjoy it! I will Embrace my uninhibited personality. I will Embrace my comfort in my own skin. I will Embrace my comfort in sharing my nudity & comfort with the World. & I will Most Definitely Embrace doing so with other Souls that Vibrationally Align with the cause. Thank You for being one of them Cailyn. Who else is with me...Us?!

We have another LIT Naked & Serious episode, with Guest, Brian Elliott! Again, I find myself chatting naked with a new friend/kind of stranger & what a Blast it always ends up being. Brian is admittedly a "blatant hypocrite", which is just hysterical in itself. Plus, his energy is so light, silly & fun loving, it's contagious! It's always fun to have guests on that can make fun of themselves, because I believe that is the true sign of Self-Acceptance & Self-Love. We Are All Flawed! There is no shame in knowing so, because this is where growth comes from. & in admitting it is where Human Connection gets stronger.
