hi guys and welcome back to the mystery and comedy Old time radio podcast please join me as we bring the women of the golden age of Hollywood who pioneered for the woman of Hollywood today. please welcome to the show in her first appearance the famous child actress Ms Margaret o Brian. Ms o Brian started her career in 1941 at the age of 4 appearing in her first movie in the metro Goldwyn mayer film Babes on Broadway. she also appeared in many movies such as the secret garden, my first romance music of millions and many others. but what she is best know for is play the little girl named tooted and co star with Ms Judy Garland on the 1944 musical movie meet me in St Louis. she also won an academy award for the best child actress in a movie. but what alot of people don\'t know is that she appeared behind the microphone in many radio shows such as lux radio theater suspense and many others. but this morning Ms o Brian reacts her the 1943 film the Lost Angel playing a little girl named Alfrit who comes to care and fall in love with a reporter of the news named Mike. in the next episode of Ms o Brian plays a little girl named Florence who has been traumatized as a toddler by the death of her parents but who is determined to find out where her died dog is and comes to find out that her neighbor has a dog that has the same name as her dog named cricket.
