Episode 130: Harvest Some, Compost Some
09/01/23 • 26 min
It is time to harvest what we’ve been manifesting. In this episode, I discuss why not everything that we brought into being is going to serve in the way that we’d hoped, and why we might need to turn some into compost. The practice, a meditative visualization to work with suffering when you encounter it, was recorded over a year ago for an episode I never got around to editing and posting. Maybe Mercury Retrograde nudged me to go back and look for something to harvest from that neglected part of the garden when I didn’t come up with a new idea this week. In any case, it’s a good practice for your healing toolbox and I’m glad it is making its way to you.

Episode 129: Bee Balm to Be Calm
After our crazy weekend at Fairy Fest, my friend Sheri Kurdakul, a student of clinical herbalism, is back for another episode. Sheri shares about bee balm, a plant I thought was just for pollinators, but it turns out there are many benefits of growing and using bee balm, especially when the pressure to manifest is on. I talk a bit about staying calm and centered, or at least appearing too, even amid chaos. Give us a listen!

Episode 131: Use Your Judgement
Jen VanBenschoten is back for this episode to talk Tarot. Jen built on what I shared last episode about the harvest and tells us how to use the Judgement card to help with decision-making. She gives a history of the card and shares some insight into why it is important to use your judgement. As she always does, Jen walks you through a spread and empowers you to confidently work with your own deck.
