Full disclosure - Codie and Thembi have been friends for a quick minute, but as the two of them are busy busy, it's always good to catch up! So let's get into it. Thembi Banks is a filmmaker, storyteller, wife, and mama. AND when she and Codie had this conversation she was getting ready to make her feature film directorial debut (after having C-19 shut down the first one). Codie and Thembi got real about just how hard it is to find your footing in the entertainment industry.
