With poor mental health skyrocketing since the pandemic, our children's mental health is something on many parents' minds. In this episode, we speak to Dr Amina Al-Yassin about the most common mental health conditions she sees in children, the red flags parents should look out for, and what we can do as parents to best support our children with their mental health. Dr. Amina is a doctor, dual accredited in pediatrics and general practice and is undertaking a clinical fellowship to improve access to early mental health services. She is also the director of mental health and well-being projects for Al-Ayn- Iraq's largest orphan care charity.
