There is a moral to this story. I can attest that since my Russian roulette with death I am perceived as more interesting, people call me crazy to my face with a hint of admiration when maybe I do something out of the norm. Which is a good thing in comparison to being taken to a mental asylum.

I was and still am prone to, life-threatening and shocking decisions. I am not certain if it is a result of self-inflicted traumatic experiences

or I am what I am and that is what is causing cycles of bad decisions that lead to self-inflicted traumatic experiences.

Podcast Q&A

Why did you start this show?

I started this show as a way to give context to the poems I had written as a way to comb through the complexity of living with bad mental health while showcasing my full creative range. I had been writing poems since around 2013 as a way to deal with feelings that ranged from creeping anxiety to depression. I later had an Idea to compile these poems to an anthology which I called "fear of death". I am yet to publish the poems mostly because of lack of income on my end.
