James "Buster" Douglas is a former professional boxer from Columbus, Ohio who competed between 1981 and 1999. He is best known for his ten round battle with Mike Tyson on February 11, 1990, in Tokyo, Japan. Douglas shocked the world by knocking out Tyson to become the undisputed World Heavyweight Boxing Champion.
He would go on to become a boxing legend — complete with appearing on television, a movie and the cover of a video game.
In 2020, he celebrated the 30th Anniversary of the historic fight.
