Finding the right career can be tough. There are a lot of different jobs out hearing about people's successes and their failures can be a big help. He shares several different studies that go over why we do what we do and how we can use that to our advantage to get ahead in our lives and careers. I share my favorites studies and quotes from the book to help you find your career path and help you finally ditch those old habits. What causes the change from a good company to a great company? A company that is well known across the nation. Making the change in a company comes from leaders becoming Level 5 and that determination to make that change. Good to Great is more than one of the most well-known business books ever written.
