Paul Wickers is CEO of HUGGG, the Forbes ‘One to watch’ startup that is focused on gifting and rewards working with company teams, loyal customers, influencers and incentive schemes. From wine to Rakuten TV, they’ve got it covered. Simple to use, but it’s been no easy ride. With the world of work changing before his eyes, where is Huggg going next? On this episode we Paul and I discuss what’s next for the trillion-dollar motivation, perks and rewards industry.
About Paul:(@HUGGG_UK)
An ex leveraged financier with Santander and RBS, Paul set up Huggg with his sister and hasn’t looked back. Based on frustration while researching the greeting card market for a project, Paul wondered and wondering if one company could do everything to cheer . If you can find a spouse or heat a home from the comfort of our very own smartphones, why can’t we do the same for a real-life cup of coffee, cocktail or cupcake? Based remotely, Paul and the team work with everyone from household names to the high street to usher in a new way of rewarding and incentivising people across the UK.
