Mothers at Midnight Podcast

We invite you to pour a cup of tea or a glass of wine and settle in as we explore the topic of birth.

Mini Ep 39: Intention Setting & Vital tip ~ Guided by Indigo
Mothers at Midnight Podcast
01/28/23 • 11 min
We love creating spaces that feel nourishing. During our time together we will be creating a space for exploration of our inner life. Part of this is getting to know what you are seeking. In other words WHY you are here.
How this exercise will support you
This exercise will support you to set meaningful intentions for your Vital Journey. Intentions are guiding principles for how we want to feel, behave and show up in the world. Intention setting is different from goal setting, although intentions can support us to achieve our goals. Unlike goals, which express a desired outcome or accomplishment, intentions reflect a greater aim or purpose and allow us to align our actions with our highest truth. Whereas goal setting is more future oriented and directed towards outward achievements, intentions can guide us moment to moment and support us to become clear on how we want to feel and BE in the present.
Before completing the following exercise, we recommend you take some time to unwind and connect with yourself more deeply. You might like to take a walk, soak in a relaxing bath or sit quietly and sip a cup of your favourite herbal tea. When you’re ready, grab a pen and your journal or some paper and we’ll begin.
Listen to our guided exercise to set your intention..

Mothers at Midnight Podcast
08/20/23 • 70 min
Are you navigating a time of transition? Perhaps you’re ending a relationship or are in a new one, perhaps you’re coming to terms with a life changing diagnosis, preparing for motherhood, or starting a new career... You might find your sense of self is shifting and things suddenly feel uncertain and overwhelming.
