Starting off with smaller deals in West Texas, John quickly grew his passive income stream through owner financing and contract for deeds. What began as simple transactions snowballed into a larger operation, with John originating millions of dollars' worth of land notes each year. His ultimate goal is to build a $100 million land note portfolio.
