This episode is a long time coming. Fellow podcaster Ali Feller joins me on More Than Running podcast to catch up and share more about her "goals", dreams, and current life update. Ali is the host of the Ali on the Run Show which is now on its 550th episode! Ali is a beam of light in the running world and I loved picking her brain about how she thinks about her own training, her show, and her experience working behind the scenes at the World Championships.
