I've spent the summer tuning into my inner voice, my intuition has to lead me to stillness and movement but mostly investigation. Of everything!

Being '' spirit-led '' or following my intuition has never felt so hard, mainly because we have never been exposed to so much information. The pandemic has set the scene for fear-based thinking and staying open isn't always easy.

In this episode, I explore what intuition is, how I follow mine, and the stories and circumstances that I know intuition has influenced.

When thunderstruck at the start of this recording I knew we would be in for a ride.

I spoke with my friend, Giselle LeBleu Gant about being an artist and a woman in these times. She opened up about falling out of love with America and into hope and Joy with Ghana and Uganda. We found ourselves laughing through languish as we searched for the words to describe how we rise from the ashes and find ourselves.
