Sarah is the co-founder, Chief Imaginator, and Story Chef at Kalamata’s Kitchen, which is both a successful children's book series and organization that aims at transforming picky eaters into adventurous ones. Sarah has written 3 Kalamata's Kitchen books which deals with the young protagonist going on food-based adventures. Sarah deals with adult eaters at her other job as sommelier at Le Bernardin in New York City.
