Dylan Quilatan dominates on the Harris Chain

Dylan Quilatan just wrapped up an incredible week of fishing on the Harris Chain, winning a Phoenix Bass Fishing League event and then winning the Toyota Series Presented by Phoenix Boats Southern Division event days later. At just 17 years old, Quilatan is headed to fish collegiately soon, and he's already set records in minor league fishing.
