Terri is joined by her sometimes co-host, Melissa. They share their insights into taking a Tai Chi toe-dip during the COVID era of video instruction and social distancing.
Today's Drink is The Farmer's Market Special
1 oz. Simple matcha ( 1tsp of Ceremonial grade matcha, mixed with water to make 1 ounce)
1 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz pok-pok vinegar
2oz. Water or Spirit (Shochu, gin, vodka or tequila)
2 rasberries muddled
3 basil leaves muddled
combine all ingredients in a shaker of ice, strain into a collins glass and garish with a rasberry and basil leaf.
