For the last two decades, SaaS startups been helping corporate entities move to cloud computing. Most Software as a Service or SaaS startups run on a revenue-sharing basis. They manage services for a larger client, but if the client doesn’t pay, they don’t make money. As payments get held up, how could they get a working capital enough to keep the lights on?
