Do you need an office or a work area? How much storage do you need to have? How much traveling will you really be doing? What activities are you hoping to accomplish? What type of weather will you be in? Will you do your own maintenance? Foldable bed or fixed bed? Is the kitchen usable? Does the fridge allow enough storage?
