In the episode, we cover the 3 main considerations that either help or hinder you when making an investment decision, including...

✅ Your mindset, beliefs and clarity of vision. If you struggle to believe the results you want are possible, or you struggle to see - in detail - what you want to achieve, you're going to struggle to invest in something that gives you the best chance of getting it.

✅ Your confidence that the offer is the right one for you. If you don't trust the salesperson or don't love their offer - and understand the results you could achieve - you're going to struggle to invest.

✅ The money. Money is a massive consideration when it comes to a purchasing decision, however, this often doesn't tell us the whole story. It has been shown that up to 90%-95% of objections around money, aren't actually about the money. When you have the confidence to dive deeper - as a buyer or a seller - they often turn out to be about one of the first 2 points above.

As a buyer, you therefore need to be open to understanding what lies deeper than the price and as a seller, you need to understand you have a responsibility to help potential clients understand what's really going on in order to find a way to get them the support they need.

Recently I was prompted to 'celebrate my success' from a post in a Facebook Networking Group, and after some thought about settling in my children to school, I realised I had also made my previous (pre-kid) corporate salary in 4 days!

I was asked by clients and members of my own Facebook Group 'More to Me than Mum' how I did it and decided to analyse my process and feature the 3 key steps in this podcast episode so you can skyrocket your sales too.

But the truth is, no business is made in 4 days. I had spent the previous 2 years building the foundations that allowed me to approach my audience with the right offers at the right time for them.

When it comes to sales, many business owners focus on the wrong things. So today's episode of Mindset and Method is all about the most important elements of sales - which aren't actually about the sale.

There is so much more to sales than the end sales conversation and whether the buyer decides to buy! If we look earlier on in the buyer's journey and expand our view of the whole process, there are 3 things you need to look at.

  • The audience - finding or creating an audience who is relevant to what you're offering, is engaged with your message and trusts you enough to consider buying from you
  • Strategy - having the right process and strategy to be visible and clear to that audience about what you offer. Then having the right journey to invite those people to consider the purchase - different strategies are needed for different businesses depending on who you are, how you love to show up for your audience and whether you have a low-priced product or service or a high-priced one.
  • Your mindset - Having the right growth mindset and the resistance to do the work it takes to understand, refine and continuously improve the back end of your business to make a regular and consistent stream of sales come your way.
