This episode continues education on self-management of fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions. Exercise and physical activity are an important part of your well-being.
In this episode, we continue talking about physical activity and exercise as it relates to chronic pain and fibro. We talk about pushing and crashing and how to get back on your exercise wagon if you have "fallen" off your exercise plan and want to quit. How perfection is not the goal, but moving is.
