Med åbningen af Ramen To Biiru Valby fik København sin femte Ramen To Biiru lokation og siden er flere kommet til. Mange andre steder i byen skyder konkurrerende ramen-restauranter op og det lader til at den japanske nudelsuppes popularitet er stigende.

Mikkeller Stories: Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen Special
Step into the vibrant atmosphere at one of the worlds most acknowledged beer festivals, Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen and listen to the stories from fans, brewers and organizers when they all celebrate beer at the two-day festival, which started out in 2012 and has grown bigger and bigger over the past 11 years.
Each year brewers and staff from around 100 of the best craft breweries in the world travel to Copenhagen with only their best beer in their luggage, while 8.000 beer lovers attend the festival and taste and rate a whole lot of different pours – from lagers, stouts and sours, to wild ales, non ABV and everything in between.
“It is not about selling beer, it is more about ‘this is our best beer’” as one of the organizers of the festival states in this episode.
