Big Surprises in the Homeland Security Bill

I just read H.R. 4367 - the appropriations bill for the Department of Homeland Security - that was just passed by the U.S. House of Representatives.
There are many pleasant surprises in the bill that did not make the news.
There is $2.1 billion for funding of the wall. There are very strong protections from censorship on social media. There is protection from democrat-sponsored racism in the form of so-called DEI and CRT. There is protection from democrat fraud in elections. There is protection from climate tyranny and the associated leftist indoctrination. There is protection from mask mandates and vaccine mandates. And there is even an attempt to reduce the salary of Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas to $1!
