In todays episode you’ll be inspired by Katie shares her journey navigating the profound loss of her daughter, Poppy, who was stillborn in 2015. In the wake of this tragedy, Katie turned to writing as a means to process her grief, launching her blog in 2016 and finding solace in the community that rallied around her.

On the brink of becoming a published author, Katie faced a new challenge: a diagnosis of Stage IV metastatic breast cancer in March 2022. She discusses with us how this life-altering experience forced her to set aside her goals and fully commit to her healing journey, which included 15 months of rigorous treatments.
