TODAY'S REAL LIFE COCKTAIL:
The Widow's Kiss

1⁄2 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
1⁄2 ounce Benedictine
1 ounce Apple Brandy
1 Dash Bitters

Pour into a shaker with cracked ice. Shake well and strain and pour into your favorite 3 ounce cocktail glass.
Back in Mr. Boston’s Day, this cocktail was dressed with a strawberry. I served it up with a slice of toffee apple and that was fun, but I am open to your suggestions.

Dripping Springs Vodka from Texas...yeehaw!

This stuff is really good so don't mess with it.This is how I do it.

Take a chilled martini glass and rub some Meyer lemon on the inside.
Pour your ice cold vodka into the glass.
Float a few little pices of cracked ice on top, for fun.
Enjoy and give thanks for the great state of Texas!
