This 35th Episode of the Metamo Podcast is a bridge of sorts - like the monkey bridges over the Lunga Lunga Road near Diani Beach, south of Mombasa, Kenya. A bridge to other side of something. You just want to land in an aisle seat or perhaps a window seat, to be able to get more sleep. It is always a toss up. Get that glass of wine or cup of tea, take that walk or get on the treadmill.
