In an industry that is experiencing astronomical growth, but doing so on the backs of frustrated labor and inefficient systems, Wicks is helping to shape the long-term viability and impact of the short-term rental industry for years to come. His commitment is firm– any property that is serviced by Well & Goodwill creates win/win situations for all parties involved by reimagining the future of business and creating people-oriented solutions that allow for an "and".

We've come to find that poor management companies have hurt the short-term rental industry in so many ways. They certainly have made a lot of money, but the industry now has to deal with upset neighbors due to parties, bad guests (both somewhat encouraged by these hosts/management companies), bad/no processes, etc. The homes are being used extremely hard, resulting in them being tired and run down, and often that blame falls on underequipped and underpaid individuals doing the cleaning, etc. Our company is truly the answer to this systemic issue within our industry because we allow the actual owners to be able to just host as we take care of the property entirely. This eliminates the need for the management companies (whose fees are based on revenue on the homes, so they are incentivized to bring in anyone and everyone), and brings our industry to a sustainable future full of wins for every group involved (hosts, guests, neighbors, servicers, communities).
