In this episode I interview Bill O’Herron. Bill is a corporate executive, Therapist and Author of the book Waking Up Marriage and he has spent 15 years of counseling clients on how to better understand themselves and deepen their relationships.

Bill teaches that all of our relationships with others started in 4th grade,

when our limbic-emotional body learned, absorbed, and inherited our parents’ lives and

experiences. We are all therefore married to our own old, unconscious emotions and His research shows that relationships fail for one single reason: a lack of understanding of

one’s own emotions and reaction patterns created in childhood.

In this episode we dive a lot into the mind, why we and how we make many of our decisions when it comes to relationships, and some actions you can take right now to form stronger and more authentic relationships with the people around you.
