Hunter Scott is a Naval Officer and helicopter pilot since 2007, and currently serves the Pentagon as the Protocol Officer for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He specializes in matters of aviation along with national and cyber security. Scott has accumulated several military and civilian awards, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal in 2016. He has earned two masters degrees, one from Harvard, and earned an undergraduate degree was from North Carolina where he was also varsity cheerleader.

In 2000, he helped draft legislation in that exonerated the unjustly court-martialed Captain of the USS Indianapolis. Charles McVay III was the only captain to be court-martialed out of over 700 ships that sank. What began as a history project as a 12 year old turned into a major quest. Our guest has been recognized in Florida on August 24th every year, as Hunter Scott day.

Martin Rooney is the founder of Training For Warriors. An internationally recognized trainer, speaker, author and pioneer of strength and conditioning, Martin holds a Master of Health Science and Bachelor of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Furman University.

Martin was a four-time All Conference, and four-time MVP performer in Track and Field at Furman and a member of the United States Bobsled team. Since the foundation of the TFW system, Martin has traveled around the world to train, compete, and conduct seminars and help prepare world class athletes and coaches. Martin has been the martial arts consultant to the NY Giants and the NY Jets and a coach on the IFL World Team Champion New York Pitbulls. Martin is currently a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under UFC fighter Ricardo Almeida and a black belt in Kodokan Judo under Olympian Teimoc Johnston-Ono.

He has written eight books called “The Book of 5 Things,” “Rooney’s Rules”, “Train to Win”, “Success Patterns”, “The Team Renzo Gracie Workout”, “Training for Warriors”, “Warrior Cardio” and “Ultimate Warrior Workouts."

Jake has not let blindness stop from achieving any of his goals. He is the co-founder and president of Engage. Jake has a truly incredible story that has been well chronicled and featured in just about every major media outlet. At 8 months old, he was diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer, retinoblastoma. The disease claimed his left eye before the tender age of one and in November 2009 Jake lost his right eye after battling cancer for 12 years.

He attends the University of Southern California where he is a senior majoring in business. He played on the school’s football team as a long snapper, and during USC’s game against Western Michigan on September 2nd, 2017, Jake made history as the first completely blind player to ever play in a Division I football game. Jake has used his fame to inspire others and travels around the country as a motivational speaker. He is also a member of the President’s Council on Sports Fitness and Nutrition, has written two books, started his own charity, and golfs in the mid-70s.
