We asked Paul what resilience means to him, what role resilience plays in his life and why he is helping young people specifically in becoming more resilient.
Paul has had a LIFE! From growing up with domestic violence to living on standby and just merely functioning. To getting therapy a divorce, beating alcohol addiction and Lyme disease.
