Londoner Shakira Taylor is a women’s wellness coach specialising in supporting women to navigate the journey from Perimenopause and beyond by developing a positive relationship with exercise, nutrition and self care. Having started her own Perimenopause journey at 39 and feeling unprepared and overwhelmed she realised the importance of sharing practical advice, guidance and tools.
