In this episode, Caitlin, our digital marketing team member, shares what she has noticed about our tribe of men and their struggles as she has helped us take our social media to the next level. She has degrees in marketing and web and information technology, and has spent the last 14 years helping ministries with their marketing from home while homeschooling her four kids. Caitlin has known Jim for 27 years, ever since he was her high school youth pastor (she witnessed Jim's infamous "dumping-trophies-onto-the-ground" sermon illustration) and he spoke at her wedding. She influences much of Men in the Arena's digital presence, including the website, social media strategy, and advertising.
