There Is Power In Being Alone | Mental Health Awareness

Sometimes being alone allows us to recharge our energy to become more available to the world.. to show our gifts.. and to fully express.

This topic originally came up because a friend of mine would take many naps throughout the day and if she was not sleeping... she was alone doing her thing in her room.

On days when she was fully charged she was the light of the room and made everyone smile. After speaking to her she said she needed to recharge pretty often, and that was when all her ideas came to her and she was able to give more of herself to family and friends.

Just that alone made me think that we usually do so much in our lives that we do not give ourselves enough attention and LOVE. We must pamper ourselves and self soothe in order to be healed and ready to live our purpose.
