Delta Brainwaves 0,1Hz – 3,5Hz

Delta brainwaves are some of the lowest brain wave entrainment frequencies and are deeply penetrating, like a drumbeat). They are formed in the most trance-like state of mind and slumber.

Delta brain waves are involved in the regulation of the heartbeat, digestion, and other biological systems. When we wake up from a good night's sleep, delta waves make us feel entirely revived.
